Excellent Career Opportunity in PT Owned Outpatient Orthopedics/Sports Medicine Clinic - new grads welcome to apply!

Sign on Bonus - Relocation Bonus available! Structured mentorship and new hire onboarding program available.

Are you a new grad looking for a supportive environment to start your career, grow as a PT, and thrive? Are you an experienced PT burned out with high volume outpatient clinical environments, tired of over delegating care to support staff, and not being able to personally "treat" your patients and use your clinical skills? Are you a PT seeking career advancement, a leadership role, and/or support for growing your skills and expertise such as obtaining advanced board specialty certifications (OCS)?

If you answered yes to any of those questions you need to consider joining the team at Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Jacksonville, NC. Our patient population primarily consists of active individuals ages 10+ with general orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities. Other areas of specialization in our clinic include: • Sports medicine diagnoses • Balance impairments • Vestibular diagnoses • Women's Health - Pregnancy & post-partum related MSK diagnoses (LBP, SIJ dysfunction, diastasis recti, and core dysfunction) • Pelvic floor rehab • Pilates based PT • TMJ/TMD and headaches • Breast cancer related care (MSK needs and general conditioning - lymphedema certification not required).

We have clinicians on our team with advanced training and knowledge of treatment for these more specialty diagnoses who are available for mentorship.

Prefer 1+ year of experience treating spine and extremity conditions in the outpatient orthopedic setting and ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth. Willing to consider new grads who have had strong outpatient clinical rotations and demonstrate above entry level proficiency.

This is a perfect career opportunity for a newer professional who is seeking a supportive environment to continue to grow and develop as a clinician alongside a team of passionate Physical Therapists. We encourage all of our clinicians to be well rounded general orthopedic providers and support them developing advanced specialization that aligns with their professional interests and the needs of our community. Synergy remains focused on delivering personalized, quality 1:1 care delivered by licensed clinicians. We are not a high-volume clinic or a "corporate mill" type clinic. The focus is on the patient experience and efficient, skilled clinical interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. The patient volume is appropriate to allow for the delivery of skilled, ethical, patient centered care.

Our compensation model allows us to reward high performers who: • deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while maintaining appropriate efficiency • develop patient loyalty and have return patients asking for them by name • create raving fans of Physical Therapy and our practice with their current patient caseload who then refer family & friends • excel at developing rapport and relationships with referring providers and other community partners • have consistently high arrival rates for scheduled appointments • pursue advanced training and expertise (OCS, SCS, WCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, or similar) There is opportunity and room for growth as a clinical team leader or even future management/Clinic Director responsibilities for the right individuals with leadership potential along with a commitment to clinical and management skill development.
