Greetings! Merrimack Valley Physical Therapy is looking to add a Physical Therapist to it's rehab team. As we work our way out of the pandemic, the need for quality, skilled physical therapy care is growing. Our practice is has a strong mix of orthopedic patients, from pre and post operative knee, shoulder and hip patients, to spinal fusion patients, pre natal and post partum patients, return to sports programs for the pre-teen, teen and college athletes. You will be joining a team that has 2 staff PTs and strong PTA support. We apply a teamwork type approach when it comes to patient care and we find that leads to a less stressful working environment for all the treating therapists. For a new grad, this will be a great environment to get exposure to multiple different orthopedic and outpatient diagnoses, while learning from an experienced and seasoned rehab staff. For physical therapists with more experience, this clinic welcomes new ideas and philosophies to add to it's already successful programs. Our salary is competitive, and their is room for negotiation with the right candidate. We offer 401k with company 5% match, AFLAC, continuing ed, paid vacations and holidays. We do not offer health insurance as of yet, but, if you have a private policy, we can cover up to 50% of that in lieu.
