Physical Therapist / PT needed for a rural setting in southwest Iowa. This skilled nursing facility requires a PT who can work in both a SNF and HH setting. Just one hour from Omaha, NE and two hours from Des Moines, this is an ASAP start, 13-week assignment. Will wait on license.
