We have an outstanding opportunity now available to join our established Skilled Nursing Facility in Palos Heights, IL.
The PT will provide professional Physical Therapy services to Patients as part of the Interdisciplinary Therapy Team. Emphasis on Sub-Acute Rehab, excellent Mentoring environment in which to Practice. Diverse caseload with the majority of patients returning home within 6 months.

Requires:
- Current US work authorization as US Citizen or Green Card Holder. (May consider TN1 VISA applicants)
