PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Skilled Nursing Facility

The facility offers Il, Al and skill Care. IL has 94 apartments and 32 cottages, Al has 43 apartments and an Alzheimers unit which is considered AL also and skill care which we have 60 beds.
Prior Experience required!
Requires:
- Current US work authorization as US Citizen or Green Card Holder. (May consider TN1 VISA applicants)
- Current active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in DE (or license eligible).
