Job Description
Full Time Physical Therapist position located in
****Sign on bonus $1,500
****Relocation Assistance $1,000
Education: Must be a graduate of a curriculum of physical therapy approved by the APTA
Travel: Some associated with our Home Health visits and to other health care facilities within 100 mile radius per contractual agreements.
Certifications: CPR/Heartsaver
